As sometimes happens, life gets in our way.  Because of a scheduling snafu, I will be your speaker at the November Elite VA Insider session on Creating an Ideal Client Profile.  This session will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 beginning at 7:00 PM Eastern.  The calls can last up to 90-minutes. 

In this session, we’ll not only create the profile (it’s really so much easier than you might think), but we’ll also discuss:

• Why it’s important you have one
• How you can use it to interview prospective clients
• What elements within your client profile might be used in your marketing message
• AND, as a bonus, since I won’t have someone to interview, I’m going to discuss the Client Relationship and how it’s changed since I first started in 1998.
• How that relationship may struggle being virtual
• How to add several key pieces to what you’re already doing to deepen the relationship
• Referring and promoting your client’s products and services in a way that makes you valuable

Of course, we’ll still have time for me to answer any questions you may have about whatever is challenging you at this time – whether it’s how to get that first client, how to fire a client who no longer fits your client profile, or how to raise your rates.
