		<description>Jennifer - I totally agree - some of my clients to double, many just the initial opt-in - plus always having an opt-out really adds that extra layer of protection against anyone reporting you as spam...doing this also helps people to respect you and understand that you have professional business standards in place. All good stuff!</description>
